Painting - Oil Over Acrylic
Description
This is an 16 x 20 oil painting over acrylic on a Fredrix blue label Canvas. This is a oil painting of a Border Collie running free in the hills with the blowing wind. He is called Shep in tribute to the Border Collie that went to the train station to meet his master every day.
He went to the station in Fort Benton MT. for years after the passing of his master to look for him . A very sad yet amazing story.

Congratulations for having been selected this week for the honor of being the Administer's Choice! This painting is beautifully rendered. This is a Collie the viewer wants to pet after it returns from its run!

CONGRATULATIONS, Bob! This is my Administrator's Choice of the Week in the fine art group, Old MASTERS--Painters and Traditional Arts! I love this and I love the tweak in having a dog on the hillside rather than a horse. Beautifully done! v/f/feature, tw, fb promotion!
