This bird was painted on a 8 x 7 Brazilian Agate. Then the agate is glued to felt matting and then assembled into a shadow box frame with non reflective glass. The finished artwork is very unique and some of my collectors prefer them over a large painting . The finished pieces are about 12 x 10 after all the framing and fit almost anywhere in the home or office.
