This is an 16 x 20 Acrylic Painting of a Meadowlark. He has found an old mail box that was shoved into an old milk can, that he believes will make a great new home for him and his family. The flag is put in the up position on purpose so we can try and guess the situation .Is it just stuck in that position or do people still use it ?.
