This is my painting of a Red Kite starting to do a banking move in the sky. His eyes are focused right on you as he is making his turn.
The red kite is a medium-large bird of prey in the family of Hawks.
It is an elegant bird, soaring on long wings held at a dihedral, and long forked tail, twisting as it changes direction. .
